Hotwash Mackay
Clean. Restore. Impress.

Hotwash Mackay is a local, owner-operated exterior cleaning business working across Mackay and the surrounding suburbs - South Mackay, East Mackay, Andergrove, Mount Pleasant, Glenella, Beaconsfield, Blacks Beach, Bucasia, Ooralea, Paget and Walkerston.
Mackay's climate is hard on buildings. Around 1,582mm of rain a year and average humidity near 74% mean roofs, render, fences and concrete grow lichen, moss and algae rather than simply collecting dust. Once that growth roots into a surface, rinsing does nothing and the staining returns within weeks.
We match the method to the surface. Tile and Colorbond roofs, painted render and fibro are soft washed at low pressure with a treatment that kills the growth at the root. Concrete driveways, pavers, brick and shopfront footpaths get hot water at a controlled pressure, which lifts oil and organic staining out of the pores without etching the surface.
