Pressure Cleaning South Mackay
South Mackay is one of our busiest service areas. We regularly clean driveways, house exteriors, fences and patios across the suburb. If your home is showing mould, algae or general grime from the tropical climate and/or cane fall-out, we can have it looking fresh in a single visit.
South Mackay's older brick and rendered homes, wide concrete driveways and Colorbond fencing all sit under mature trees, so leaf drop and shade keep surfaces damp for most of the year. That is ideal for lichen and mould, and it is why a driveway here can go green again within a season of a rushed clean. We treat the growth rather than blast it, then hot wash the concrete so the staining lifts out of the pores instead of being smeared across the surface.
Commercial Pressure Cleaning Paget
Paget is home to many of Mackay's commercial and industrial businesses. Hotwash Mackay provides regular shopfront cleaning, facade washing and hardstand pressure washing for businesses across the precinct.
We also offer after hours servicing to minimise disruption to your operations and meet the needs of your customers.
Keep your premises looking professional.
Paget sites take a different kind of abuse to a suburban home. Concrete hardstand picks up hydraulic oil, diesel and tyre rubber; steel-clad facades pick up red dust and diesel soot that dulls the colour rather than sitting on it; and loading areas grow black mould in every shaded corner. We use hot water on hardstand because heat is what breaks the oil bond, and a low-pressure chemical wash on cladding and signage so the coating and the sealant lines are not damaged. Work is scheduled around your operating hours, and we can hold a rolling maintenance schedule so the site never gets far enough gone to need a full restoration clean.
