If your roof surface has deteriorated, corroded, rusted or the substrate has degraded prior to cleaning, cleaning will not restore it to its original condition. In some cases, cleaning may make existing damage more visible by removing the surface build-up that was concealing it. We will assess your roof before commencing and advise you honestly if we identify any pre-existing condition that may affect the outcome.
