Every property is different and so is every client. Rather than a fixed menu of prices, we take the time to understand your property, your priorities and how you would like the job handled, then build a service around that. No two quotes from us look the same, because no two jobs are.

Most of the work quoted this way falls into a few groups. Body corporates and strata managers with several buildings, shared driveways, pool surrounds and carparks to keep presentable on a rolling schedule. Executive and acreage homes where the roof, render, decking, fencing, pool area and driveway each need a different method and one contractor who can sequence them without damaging anything. Businesses preparing a site for sale, an inspection or a re-brand, where the work has to happen outside trading hours. And owners of heritage, painted or rendered surfaces that a standard high-pressure operator would ruin.

A tailored quote starts with an on-site assessment, not a phone estimate. We look at what each surface actually is - glazed or unglazed tile, Colorbond, painted render, fibro, exposed aggregate, stencilcrete, sandstone, timber - and what is growing on it, then set the method and the pressure for each one. That goes to you in writing before we start, with a fixed price per area, so nothing is decided while a machine is already running.
